1. Shashank Misses Riddhima
Yuvraj plans to take revenge on Shashank, holding him responsible for his mother’s death and brother’s condition. Shashank sees Riddhima’s photos and thinks about his daughter. Riddhima returns to India but tells Atul that she cannot come to Sanjeevani. Will she meet Shashank?
2. Yuvraj Blames Dr Shashank
Dr Shashank cuts the ribbon for the inauguration, and Dr Kirti tells him that the entire media was arranged by Yuvraj. Yuvraj addresses the media and invites Dr Shashank to the stage. He blames Dr Shashank for killing his father.
3. Shashank Gets Injured
Shashank gets injured while saving Aviraj from a short circuit. Riddhima comes to Sanjeevani and meets Shashank, Atul and Nikita. Atul asks Riddhima about Arman which makes her upset. Naina proves Shashank's innocence by revealing the reason for Aviraj’s paralysis.
4. Yuvraj Feels Sorry
Yuvraj is sorry for conspiring against Shashank and tries to convince Naina, but Siddhant threatens him for harassing her. Siddhant then confronts Naina and becomes aggressive towards her. Will Naina forgive Siddhant?
5. Yuvraj Apologises to Shashank
Yuvraj apologises to Shashank and tells him that he will leave Sanjeevani, but Shashank asks him to stay. Riddhima is shocked to know that Siddhant is an intern at Sanjeevani. Padma asks Shashank to tell Riddhima the truth about Armaan. What truth is she talking about?
6. Abhimanyu and Nikita Get Engaged
Riddhima and Siddhant argue and she is surprised to learn that he is Abhimanyu’s brother. The interns are shocked to know that Riddhima is Shashank’s daughter. The interns prepare for Abhimanyu and Nikita’s engagement. The doctors plan a basketball match to lighten the mood.
7. Riddhima Challenges Siddhant
Siddhant convinces Naina to play the basketball match. Riddhima challenges Siddhant in the match and they end up arguing during the match. Riddhima asks Shashank to send her back abroad. Will Shashank let Riddhima go?
8. The Doctors Play Basketball
All the doctors participate in the basketball match and the seniors cheat against the juniors during the game. Riddhima gets angry when she notices the juniors having higher points. She starts crying, remembering Armaan.
9. Riddhima and Siddhant Argue
Yuvraj gets compliments for his acute observations on a patient’s injuries. Meanwhile, Sanjeevani comes up with new rules, which upsets the interns. Riddhima and Siddhant argue with each other and she slaps the cake on his face. Siddhant gets emotional when she tells him about Tamana. Will Siddhant be able to forget Tamana?
10. Goons Attack Yuvraj and Naina
Some goons attack Yuvraj and Naina. Riddhima shouts at Siddhant as he plays with a child in the hospital and he complains against Riddhima to Kirti. Will Kirti take action against Riddhima or will Siddhant take revenge himself?
11. Naina Questions Yuvraj
Naina questions Yuvraj about the goons and he gets upset. Kirti informs the interns about Siddhant and Riddhima’s trip to Lonavala, for a case study. Siddhant ties Riddhima to a chair and leaves her in a store room. Will she be able to escape?
12. Naina Expresses Her Love
Naina tries to express her feelings for Yuvraj. Shashank and Riddhima attend to Tamana as she faints. Riddhima files a police complaint against Siddhant and he is arrested. Will Riddhima and Shashank be able to save Siddhant?
13. Siddhant Decides to Take Revenge
Yuvraj and Naina spend quality time with each other and then he gets a mysterious call. Siddhant is angry to see Riddhima getting him released on bail. Siddhant decides to take revenge on Riddhima. Will he succeed?
14. Riddhima Gets Angry With Siddhant
Riddhima gives instructions to the interns about their duties, but Siddhant refuses to do the duty assigned to him. Riddhima gets angry with Siddhant and he plans to take revenge on her. He clicks some photos of her, without her consent.
15. Riddhima Gets Shocked
The hospital people are talking about the photos and Riddhima gets a shock when she sees them. Siddhant feels guilty and confesses to Riddhima. Siddhant apologises to Riddhima. Will she forgive him?
16. Siddhant Apologises to Riddhima
Kirti calls everyone to the reception area where Siddhant confesses his mistake and apologises to Riddhima. Atul sympathises with Riddhima and she decides to leave Sanjeevani. Siddhant comes to Riddhima’s cabin to talk to her. Will she forgive him?
17. Shashank Gets Disappointed
Siddhant decides to leave Sanjeevani which upsets everyone. Siddhant is shocked to know Riddhima’s real intentions and decides to teach her a lesson. Shashank is disappointed with Riddhima and talks to Padma about her. Riddhima overhears their conversation and is very surprised. What does she hear?
18. Riddhima Learns About Armaan
Riddhima gets upset when she discovers the truth about Armaan. Tamanna refuses to undergo her surgery till Siddhant convinces her. On being questioned by Riddhima, Dr Shashank gets tensed and reveals the truth about Armaan. Riddhima yells at Shashank for not telling her the truth.
19. Riddhima Finds a Clue
Riddhima gets very upset over Armaan and berates her mother. Sad and hurt, Shashank seeks help from Siddhant. Riddhima forces Dr Keerti to help her look for Armaan. They look for clues in the locker room and discover the believed whereabouts of Armaan. Will they find him there?
20. Riddhima Goes to Panchgani
Riddhima imagines Armaan's presence in the hospital. Sidhdhant decides to be with Riddhima and help her. Yuvraj comes across a patient he knows. Riddhima gets into a bus for Panchgani to look for Armaan. Siddhant follows her and gets in the bus as well.
21. Siddhant Meets Armaan's Father
Riddhima gets angry on seeing Siddhant. Yuvraj plans to throw Raj out of the hospital. Siddhant meets Armaan's father, who tells him that Riddhima declared that she will find Armaan or die. Later, Siddhant sees a part of Riddhima's clothing floating in the water and fears the worst.

23. Bandits Attack Siddhant
Riddhima doesn't appreciate Siddhant's help and yells at him. Siddhant tells her that he will help her find Armaan. While on their way to look for Armaan, some bandits attack the duo. Siddhant risks his life to get Ridhima’s anklet back. Will he get harmed?
24. Villagers Help Siddhant
Hurt by the bandits, Siddhant falls unconscious. Some villagers find him and Riddhima nurses him. At Sanjeevani, Naina and Yuvraj spend some romantic time together. Jignesh sees this and feels heartbroken. During a function in the village, Riddhima hears a familiar voice. Who could it be?
25. Riddhima Finds Armaan
Riddhima hears Armaan's voice and runs towards it. She finds a house where she finds her and Armaan's photos, Armaan's helmet, her bangle and anklet. Armaan makes a sudden appearance and sees Riddhima fainting. Armaan vanishes just as suddenly, leaving a letter. What does the letter say?
26. Riddhima's Health Worsens
Riddhima falls ill and her condition worsens. A worried Siddhant calls Dr Atul, who tells him that Riddhima has hypothermia. Atul advises him to keep her warm. Despite a blanket, Riddhima's temperature drops further. What can Siddhant do to save Riddhima?
27. Riddhima Attempts Suicide
Siddhant tells Riddhima what happened the previous night. Riddhima feels terrible. Meanwhile, Dr Kirti, Naina, JP and Jiggy get stuck in a lift, just as Dr Kirti experiences labour pains. With no way out, she delivers inside the lift. Riddhima attempts suicide. Will Siddhant stop her?
28. Riddhima Accuses Siddhant
Riddhima accuses Siddhant of raping her. Siddhant tries to convince everyone but all his efforts are rebuked. Raj's condition worsens. Kirti asks Riddhima to undergo tests to confirm the rape. Dr Shashank berates Siddhant for what happened. Will Siddhant be able to prove otherwise?
29. Siddhant Proven Innocent
Dr Shashank inspects Riddhima's medical report and admits that he was wrong in accusing Siddhant. He tells Siddhant that Riddhima is in a state of shock. Raj steals morphine from the hospital. What is he planning to do with it?
30. Police Find Drugs With Riddhima
Raj hides the morphine in Riddhima's bag. Meanwhile, Siddhant has an accident, which draws the police's attention. Kirti rebukes Riddhima for falsely accusing Siddhant. The police suspect Riddhima's involvement in the accident. On inspecting Riddhima's purse, the police find drugs and arrest her.
31. Riddhima is Released
On hearing about Riddhima's arrest, Siddhant testifies to secure her release. Riddhima thanks him for helping her. Riddhima feels bad listening to the taunts and comments passed about her by her colleagues. Sister Stella tells Shashank about the incidents involving Riddhima and Siddhant.
32. Siddhant Offers to Marry Riddhima
Shashank berates Siddhant for ruining Riddhima's reputation. As a solution, Siddhant offers to marry Riddhima, who immediately declines the suggestion. Yuvraj gives Naina a Valentine's Day gift. After a lot of persuasion from Shashank, Riddhima finally agrees to marry Siddhant.
33. Riddhima Wants a Quick Wedding
Riddhima asks Shashank to arrange for a quick wedding. Siddhant doesn't involve his parents in the wedding and pretends to be happy in front of Naina. Riddhima feels sad when she remembers Armaan. Siddhant asks Riddhima to forget the past and start a new life. Can Riddhima do so?
34. Siddhant Proposes to Riddhima
Siddhant buys a wedding ring for Riddhima. Naina advises Siddhant to impress Riddhima and win her love. Siddhant proposes to Riddhima and shows her the wedding ring. While she doesn't reciprocate his enthusiasm, she feels happy to see Anjali arrive. Yuvraj gets furious to see Raj at the wedding.
35. Riddhima Attempts Suicide Again
Siddhant feels sad when Riddhima confesses that she still has feelings for Armaan. Yuvraj and Raj have an altercation and Yuvraj punches him. Siddhant is delighted to see his sister, Suvarna. Riddhima, still upset and unhappy, attempts suicide again. Will she survive this time?
36. Riddhima Survives Poison
Siddhant requests Riddhima to give him a chance to prove his love. Riddhima faints due to the poison she has consumed. But with immediate care, her health improves. An angry and hurt Siddhant rebukes her. Meanwhile, Naina asks Raj to quit drugs.
37. Riddhima Burns Armaan's Pictures
A furious and upset Siddhant decides to cancel the wedding. A regretful Riddhima requests Siddhant not to do so. He agrees and the wedding takes place successfully. Riddhima burns all of Armaan’s photographs. Suvarna greets Riddhima as she arrives at Siddhant's house.
