Naina is worried about the arrangements, but Yuvraj assures her of his help and asks her to find out that why Shahshank wants the opening to be on 25th December. Siddhant gets to know that Tamana and Aniket are meeting for lunch.

Abhimanyu proposes to Nikita and slides a ring onto her finger. Tamana makes Siddhant realise that he does not love her and he accepts the fact. Yuvraj abducts Naina when he comes to know that she knows the truth about him.
