When Harvard philosophy scholar Jack Griffin finds himself teaching high school in Toledo, Ohio, he tosses the syllabus and recruits his students to help enact revenge on his rival.
Having botched his chance to get out of Toledo last season, disgraced Harvard philosophy scholar Jack Griffin is once again stuck teaching biology class at Whitlock High for the lovable Principal Durbin.
Season 3 of A.P. Bio marked the show’s transition from NBC to the streaming platform Peacock. This shift allowed the series to become more experimental, lean into its absurdist comedy, and focus less on Jack Griffin's (Glenn Howerton) desire to leave Toledo and more on his bizarre integration into Whitlock High.
Season 4 of A.P. Bio continues the show's evolution into a high-energy, absurdist ensemble comedy. Released on Peacock, it focuses on Jack Griffin finally embracing his role as a chaotic mentor to his students while navigating his own unresolved family trauma.
