Dr Ranj and Jobi discover the wonder of x-rays while nurse Morag leads the Healthy Helpers in a bony quiz.
2. Tummy Troubles
Dr Ranj wants Petal to drink through a swirly straw to help her recover from a tummy bug and Nurse Morag shows the Healthy Helpers how to wash your hands to keep those nasty bugs away.
3. It's All Blurry
Riz sees only blurry shapes when Dr Ranj gets his eyes, while nurse Morag and the Healthy Helpers play with magnifying glasses and a telescope to explore how lenses change what you see.
4. The Sniffly Nose
Kiwa is surprised when Dr Ranj tells her how snot can be helpful, then Nurse Morag and the Healthy Helpers play a game of snotty football.
5. The Catchy Rash
Dr Ranj warns Deep that scratching the ringworm can spread the germs to other children and Nurse Morag plays pat-a-cake with the Healthy Helpers showing them how this can happen.

Dr Ranj unwinds the longest bandage ever when Jobi comes in with a bump on his head, and Nurse Morag makes sure the Healthy Helpers wear helmets for their big egg race.
11. The Gappy Smile
Riz is happy when Dr Ranj tells him his missing tooth will soon be replaced by a grown-up one, while Nurse Morag and the Healthy Helpers brush and clean a giant set of teeth.
12. Sleep Easy
Dr Ranj explains to Kiwa that shadows and being alone shouldn't stop you sleeping properly and Nurse Morag shows the Healthy Helpers why everyone needs a good night's sleep.
13. Tickly Friends
Dr Ranj puts on his pingy gloves to comb the lice from Petal's hair and the Healthy Helpers tell Nurse Morag why these tiny lice like to live on your head.
14. Croupy Droopy Jobi
Poor Jobi's voice sounds different and Dr Ranj explains why, then Nurse Morag shows the Healthy Helpers how you can make different sounds with your lips, tongue and teeth.
15. Oh, Poo!
Dr Ranj helps Deep when he feels blown up like a balloon and Nurse Morag gets the Healthy Helpers bouncing on hoppers when they look at what helps you poo.
16. Interesting Intestines
Dr Ranj and Jobi go on a treasure hunt when Jobi accidentally swallows a toy wheel, while Nurse Morag and the Healthy Helpers look at why the intestines are very, very long.

Dr Ranj puts Riz's hand in cool water when he scalds it while playing elephants, then Nurse Morag and the Healthy Helpers show why it takes a long time to cool down any burn.

Dr Ranj shows Deep he doesn't need to worry about injections and Nurse Morag's measles game teaches the Healthy Helpers that prevention is better than cure.
19. Hello Hiccups
Dr Ranj tries to stop Kiwa's hiccups with laughter, deep breathing and an air quake, while Nurse Morag and the Healthy Helpers wonder if a big surprise will help.
20. Prickly Eyes
Dr Ranj soothes Petal's sore eyes and the Healthy Helpers paint beautiful pictures of their eyes for Nurse Morag.

Poor Petal keeps going to the loo and Dr Ranj has to test her wee to find out why, then Nurse Morag and the Healthy Helpers look at why we wee.
25. Eat Well Sleep Well
Dr Ranj isn't surprised that Riz feels so tired because he doesn't sleep for long and doesn't eat very healthy food, then Nurse Morag and the Healthy Helpers put together a balanced diet jigsaw.
26. The Itchy Spot
Dr Ranj cheers up Kiwa when he says the itchy spots won't stop her from going camping, while Nurse Morag and the Healthy Helpers play a game of chase to show why the spots are so itchy.
27. The Raspberry Surprise
Deep thinks he's turning into a giant raspberry till Dr Ranj says it's actually a food allergy, then Nurse Morag and the Healthy Helpers look at what foods can make you feel unwell.
28. Sugar Sweet
Dr Ranj has to test the sugar in Petal's blood because she is feeling so tired and the Nurse gets the Healthy Helpers skipping along when she shows them how insulin helps sugar turn into energy.
29. Scratchy Skin
Dr Ranj helps Riz go to a party by stopping his itching skin and Nurse Morag plays dressing up with the Healthy Helpers.
30. A Picky Problem
Never put your finger up your nose says Dr Ranj to Jobi, who's been doing a sneaky nose pick, while Nurse Morag and the Healthy Helpers run around just like blood rushes around the body.
