A native of Bangor, Shelby Howell was crowned Miss Maine USA on 11 May 2025 and will represent Maine at the Miss USA 2025 pageant in Reno, Nevada. As a first-generation college student studying business administration and management, Shelby combines her personal experience with her entrepreneurial vision to empower families and advocate for generational stability.
