Matthew Clinton

Matthew James Paul Clinton (also known as Matthew Clinton) is a Canadian filmmaker, screenwriter, and editor based in Toronto, Ontario. Clinton is currently studying Film Production at York University. Born in 2006 in Hamilton, Clinton's appreciation for the arts started at a very young age, deciding to become a filmmaker in his third year at St. Jean de Brebéuf Secondary School. Clinton's credits include short films, "Inheritance", and most recently, "Within Eyeshot". Matthew has also directed a series of music videos with independent artist, Gavin O'Sullivan, the first of which, entitled "Gavin O'Sullivan: IDOLS" releasing in December of 2025. Clinton has also been working on his feature debut, "Murder in the Manor," slated to play film festivals starting in 2027.
