Michael Allemeier

Michael Allemeier is an Instructor of Culinary Arts in Calgary, Canada and former head chef of the Mission Hill Family Estate in the Okanagan Valley. In 2001, he was awarded Canada’s second highest professional culinary accreditation designation, Certified Chef de Cuisine (CCC).
