Vincent Mousseau is a community organizer, educator, student, and activist based in Tio’tia:ke (Montréal, QC) and K’jipuktuk (Halifax, NS). Vincent is a Black, queer, non-binary person who uses the pronouns they in English, and iel or il in French.
