Juan Flavier

Juan Martin Flavier (23 June 1935 – 30 October 2014) was a physician and politician known for his numerous efforts and contributions in improving every Filipino's health. In 1992, he was appointed by Pres. Fidel Ramos as his health secretary and remained until 1995, when he was successfully elected as Senator.
