C.L. Chester

BIOGRAPHY

Pioneer documentary film maker who began as chief travel cameraman with the Edison Film Company. Founded Chester Inc in 1916 and, in collaboration with the sporting magazine Outing, produced and directed a series of weekly travelogues. The company folded in 1923.
